Terms and conditions.

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of Chironte's website and app. By creating an account or using the services, you confirm that you have read and accept them. If you do not agree, you must not use the services.

These terms are complemented by the Privacy Policy and by the specific conditions disclosed before you activate additional services, such as the card.

Chironte is a technology interface that lets you manage digital assets on a public blockchain network through a self-custody wallet.

Chironte is not a bank, a financial institution or a custodian. It does not accept deposits, does not manage third-party funds and does not guarantee the value of any asset.

Sign-up and sign-in are done with your Google account through an authentication provider. You are responsible for keeping that account and the devices you use secure.

Chironte does not store your private keys, cannot access your funds and cannot sign, reverse or cancel transactions on your behalf.

If you lose access to your account or credentials, Chironte may not be technically able to restore access to your assets.

Recurring buys, swaps and staking are executed directly by the network's protocols and smart contracts. Chironte does not act as counterparty, intermediary or manager of those transactions.

Staking rewards are generated by the network protocol, are variable and are not guaranteed. Prices and quotes shown are indicative and may change until the moment of confirmation.

The card and local-currency services are subject to availability in your country of residence, to the identity verification required by applicable regulations and to the conditions of the authorized issuing and processing entities.

Card issuance and activation carry a one-time fee shown on the Fees page before you request it. Purchases are backed by your USDC or USDT balance at the time of each transaction.

In the event of loss, theft or unrecognized use of the card, you must freeze it from the app and report it immediately through Report fraud.

By using the services, you acknowledge and accept that:

• The value of digital assets is volatile and you may lose part or all of what you invest.
• Blockchain transactions are irreversible. You are responsible for verifying addresses and amounts before confirming.
• Transactions may incur network fees, which are shown before confirming.
• Protocols and smart contracts may have failures, outages or vulnerabilities beyond Chironte's control.
• Regulatory changes may affect the availability of some features.

The information available on Chironte is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, legal or tax advice. The decisions you make are your sole responsibility. You are responsible for meeting your tax obligations.

You may not use the services for:

• Unlawful activities, including money laundering, terrorist financing or fraud.
• Evading international sanctions or operating from jurisdictions where the service is not permitted.
• Interfering with, breaching or manipulating the technical operation of the app.
• Impersonating another person.

In case of breach, Chironte may restrict access to the app and complementary services, without affecting your control over the assets in your wallet on the blockchain.

The services are provided "as is" and as available. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Chironte shall not be liable for losses arising from market volatility, user error, loss of credentials, failures of the network or third-party protocols, or interruptions beyond its reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms limits the rights granted to you by the consumer protection laws of your country.

Chironte's brand, design and software belong to Chironte or its licensors. You may not copy, modify or use them without prior written authorization.

We may update these terms. If the changes are significant, we'll let you know through the app or by email before they take effect. If you continue to use the services after that date, you will be deemed to accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the applicable law indicated in the conditions for your country of residence, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules that apply to you.
